Olivia Wayne

Olivia brings more than a decade of progressive experience across corporate audit, finance and high-velocity venture-backed environments. She operates as a Fractional VP of Finance and Head of Accounting & Financial Infrastructure, working with leadership teams that need institutional-grade financial discipline before they have a large internal finance function.

Her project-based accounting experience spans commercial real estate, PropTech, construction and active procurement portfolios. The work includes cost-to-complete tracking, draw schedules, client billing, GAAP-aligned revenue-recognition workflows and controls for procurement-in-trust environments where client capital must remain traceable.

Olivia also works across M&A and corporate-development finance: financial due diligence, quality-of-earnings analysis, revenue concentration, valuation models, earnout design, integration-cost planning, entity consolidation and post-close accounting. In venture-backed settings, she connects investor reporting and unit economics to the operational systems producing the numbers.

Her systems work includes multi-entity reporting architecture, banking and legal coordination, audit readiness and business-model transitions from managed services toward hybrid platform or SaaS structures. She treats AI and automation as infrastructure choices: approval rights, exception routes, source records and final accountability are designed before repetitive work is automated.
